As a native of Connecticut's beautiful shoreline area, growing up in Essex, I have always valued the importance of community, relationships, and helping others. With over 27 years of experience in service-based industries, I have built my career on delivering exceptional customer care through strong communication, trust, and reliability.

When I founded Anchor Property Concierge, I was determined to build a company centered around people, relationships, and exceptional service. I sought out partners and owners who shared the same passion for helping others, a deep appreciation for our shoreline communities, and a commitment to honest communication and customer care. Together, we have created a business built on integrity, responsiveness, and treating every client with the respect they deserve.

When I'm not working, I enjoy spending time with my 18-year-old son, who is pursuing a degree in Construction Management at CCSU. Together, we share a strong appreciation for hard work, integrity, and building lasting relationships within our community.

Born and raised in Connecticut, I relocated to the shoreline community 12 years ago and quickly built strong personal and professional ties throughout the area. As a proud father of six, I understand the importance of trust, communication, and dedication both at home and in business.

With a background in customer service and extensive experience as a sales professional, I am committed to delivering exceptional service and building lasting relationships. My approach is centered on understanding people’s needs, creating meaningful connections, and serving the community with integrity and professionalism.

ETHAN GOCHEE

Managing Partner

Born and raised in Manchester, Connecticut, I found my home in Mystic more than 12 years ago when my career in sales brought me to the shoreline. I quickly fell in love with the community, the people, and the sense of connection that makes this area so special.

Family is at the center of everything I do. I share my life with my wonderful partner, Josée, and together we’re raising our son, Rowan, along with Lambeau, our beloved Sheepadoodle.

I’ve always enjoyed meeting people, but what truly drives me is building meaningful relationships. I believe some of the best friendships start with a simple introduction and grow into something that feels like family. Creating those lifelong connections and being part of a strong community is what motivates me every day.
